Counseling
The LMCCC offers individual, family and group counseling services, as well as crisis intervention, specializing in helping adolescents, young adults, and their families who may be dealing with a broad range of challenges.
-
As part of the intake process, parents requesting services for their child will be asked to participate in a mandatory orientation session, 'Power of the Parent.' This program will introduce parents to the Counseling Center, discuss how you can be most helpful in supporting the therapy process, provide ideas about what you can do to help your child while on the waitlist and share potentially new ways of interacting with your child in order to be more effective and influential.

-
Counseling sessions take place at LMCCC Monday through Friday. Appointments are available during the day and evening.
-
Our first commitment is to providing access to our services. Your suggested fee will be based on your ability to pay. No one is turned away because of financial constraints. However, please note that we do not accept insurance of any kind.

-
Preference is always given to residents of Larchmont and Mamaroneck. Availability to others may be limited.
